KATIE HOLMES thinks she’s being stalked by people from Scientology… even before she filed divorce papers against TOM CRUISE.
What do they want from her?
It’s only been about two days since Katie Holmes filed for divorce from her husband, Tom Cruise—officially due to “irreconcilable differences” but widely reported to be due to the “30 Rock” star’s controlling ways and fierce ties to Scientology—but celebrity news reports that things are already turning seriously scary for the former “Dawson’s Creek” star.
As Tom‘s church becomes more and more talked about in Hollywood news, Katie believes the cult guys from Scientology are now seeing her as a threat… so they’re tailing her.
But as it turns out, they started following the actress even before the divorce news broke out!
TMZ reported:
“We’re told Katie believes in recent weeks — as the discord between her and Tom Cruise grew — Scientology has been following her moves, especially in New York City.”
The site continued:
“People who have photographed Katie multiple times tell TMZ there have been several “mysterious” men and vehicles around Katie‘s apartment and following her when she’s out.”
The report—which noted a white Cadillac Escalade and black Mercedes SUV as the stalking vehicles—adds that an unknown publication has also been tailing Katie outside her New York pad lately, but the actress is adamant that some of them are still from her husband’s church.
While this may all sound dangerous and scary, sources reveal that the stalking (if proven) can be used against Tom and Katie will have a big NYC court advantage when it comes to getting sole custody of their child, Suri.
Still… Katie needs to be careful!
